Shipping Policy
We use Australia Post to ship all purchases to you. We offer the following shipping options:

Your purchases will be shipped to you by the next business day (unless otherwise advised). We aim to have your purchases on the way to you as soon as possible.
If you have not received your products in the mail and have chosen an untracked postage method, an undelivered mail report needs to be filed with Australia Post before we can provide any replacements or refunds.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have purchased the wrong item please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We are happy to offer any assistance or advise you might need on ensuring you have the correct product for your needs.
We do not subsidise return postage for items you wish to exchange or refund due to change of mind.
